DFD Capital Development Corporation, and its subsidiaries, engages in the development of Real Estate, which includes the building and marketing of homes, townhouses and commercial developments.  DFD Capital Development Corporation also develops raw land.

DFD Capital Development Corporation serves various types of customers.  In the residential markets, it serves from first time homebuyers to empty nesters. In the commercial markets, it serves the small business operators for warehouse and light industrial space. The company operates in Florida and North Carolina at this time, but is looking to grow throughout the southeast. As of August 2007, the company has interests in eleven real estate developments, as well as own and/or control approximately twenty (20) properties and holdings.
